Joshua Paquette
Josh Paquette joined the team as a Tech Support specialist in 2021. Josh has a broad knowledge of networking, security, phishing countermeasures, professional software solutions and a talent for communication that serves our clients well.
Josh grew up in the Western Metro area and has lived and worked in Minnesota and Iowa. Josh’s fascination with technology began at a young age, playing video games and experimenting with making and editing semi-professional videos for his school and webcasting sporting events. Josh volunteered with his high school’s 1 to 1 laptop program, helping with deployment as assisting students and teachers with technology needs. He was hired by his high school just 10 days after graduation. In his adult career, he has worked for both Managed Service Providers and as internal IT, lending his skills to a variety of different sized businesses ranging from small firms to Fortune 50-sized corporations. Josh carries with him more than a decade of experience in user support, troubleshooting and networking. In his spare time, he enjoys watching hockey, hiking, TV and movies, musical theatre and riding his motorcycle.
