MCR is pleased to announce the newest member of our team. Jerry Duwenhoegger has taken on the role of Tech Support Specialist. Jerry will be working to assist our business clients on the Help Desk, as well as onsite work and hardware work in our service depot. He brings a great mix of customer service skills, technical abilities and attention to detail, which make him an ideal addition to the MCR family.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with an emphasis in networking. He has been interested in tech since childhood and began dreaming of becoming a network administrator at the tender age of 16. Jerry has worked in the IT industry for many years and brings experience from a background in both technical support and large scale network project work.
Born in Mcallen, Texas, Jerry moved to Blue Earth, MN at the age of 5. His family still lives in Blue Earth– Jerry spent time in Rochester prior to moving to Mankato. In his free time, Jerry enjoys paintball, video games and spending time fishing at the lake. We are delighted to have Jerry as part of the team at MCR as we continue to grow and innovate.
